High-quality materials and furnishing details lend the rooms an elegant and homely ambience. The house is divided into two units. A separate, small apartment is located in the basement. The main entrance leads to the ground floor with inviting living room, spacious dining room with a lot of space for family and guests and soapstone stove, high-quality equipped open kitchen and the bathroom with shower and a small laundry room. In the living room you look through a glass floor directly into the wine cellar below. On the large terrace you will be greeted early in the day by the morning sun. The upper floor houses the main bedroom with private balcony and a wonderful view over Saas-Fee as well as the wellness area with free standing whirlpool, sauna and steam shower. In the basement there is a large room, which is currently used as a playroom, as well as the comfy wine cellar, into which the daylight shines through the glass floor above. Additionally, a storeroom and the technical room, which is accessible for both apartments.


Haut-Valais: Location and surroundings of this property

Until the 14th century, a single municipality existed in the valley of Saas: the "Saas". Among four consecutive villages which were constructed over time, Saas-Fee is also known under the name of " Pearl of the Alps ". Surrounded by 13 mountains at more than four thousand meters altitude, the glacier’s village is located at 1'800 meters altitude. The heart of the skiable domain offers more than 150 kilometres of tracks for all levels with 22 tracks including the famous Alpine subway which directs you to the highest rotating restaurant of the world. 20 km of hiking trails, 8 km of cross-country ski run and several toboggans runs, such as the run of Kreuzboden with 11 km at Saas-Grund offer ski alternatives. In summer, approximately 350 km of thematic hiking trails attract to the valley of Saas. Most adventurers can express themselves in the Forest-Adventure. Here, no dizziness since the various routes are made of lianas, ropes, from tree to tree or as in winter with the toboggan run "Feeblitz" through the forest landscape. The valley of Saas also benefits from a 70 km long mountain bike network and a 5 km long scooter path.
