With effect from 1 November, Engel & Völkers AG has appointed Paloma Pérez Bravo to Chief Operating Officer. Paloma Pérez is now responsible for the entire franchise business and all Market Center operations in the EMEA region.
Kai Enders will continue to head up and manage operations in the DACH region.
Her entry to the Management Board marks the natural continuation of her activities in the last preceding years. Back in 2013, Paloma Pérez was already a strategic driving force behind the international Market Center operations of Engel & Völkers AG. In January 2019, she was appointed as a new member to the “International Executive Board” of Engel & Völkers.

Paloma Pérez studied Telecommunications Engineering in Madrid and went on to gain a Master of Business Administration and two executive programs: the “Program for General Managers” at the IESE Business School and the “Program for Leadership Development” (PLD) at Harvard Business School. Paloma Pérez has more than 27 years experience, 20 years in Management positions including COO at Pelayo Insurance, and EMEA VP Sales and Operations at Best Doctors.
