“It’s with both joy and a touch of sadness that I can report: We have brokered the final property,” said Birgit Süssmilch, Sales Director at E&V Santa Ponsa. The property she is talking about is the last villa in the “Cap Adriano” project, an impressive complex of new builds just by the sea in Santa Ponsa. There are nine villas and ten luxury apartments in all, and now Engel & Völkers Majorca Southwest has successfully brokered the final villa. The “dream team” of Sassan Keshawarzian, Sales Director at Engel &Völkers Port Andratx, and Margarita Rempel, Real Estate Agent at E&V Santa Ponsa, closed the sale – in yet another example of the excellent cooperation between the E&V Shops on Majorca.
The sale of the villa required a certain degree of patience. It was back in 2017 that the dream team showed the property to the same client multiple times, and in various different ways: They showed them the plans, they walked around the still empty plot with them, they arranged visits during construction and then again when the property was almost finished, and – just for good measure – they provided another viewing when it was finally finished and furnished. Now, after this lengthy process, the team has finally managed to complete the sale.
E&V Majorca Southwest, with its four shops in total, has been in charge of brokering all of the units since 2015. The team was able to broker a large proportion of the freehold apartments in the early phase of construction, in some cases over the telephone and directly off-plan. The sale prices ranged from 2.3 to 5.3 million euros, while prices for the villas were between 8.9 and 14.5 million euros.
The final tally speaks for itself: For this project Engel & Völkers Majorca Southwest has brokered real estate to the tune of 110 million euros in total! Sassan Keshawarzian, in close cooperation with Margarita Rempel, can claim no fewer than five of these sales as his own.
Hans Lenz, Managing Director of Engel & Völkers Majorca Southwest, is particularly grateful to Birgit Süssmilch: “She was our main driving force in this project, but of course my sincere thanks go to the whole team for their outstanding work over the last five years! Birgit Süssmilch also plays a huge role in ensuring that E&V is seen as a reliable and widely recognised partner among our clients.”
In the meantime, there are already two “resales” in the “Cap Adriano” project, which are likewise brokered a second time through Engel & Völkers. The properties involved are a four-bedroom apartment for 5.75 million euros and a villa with six bedrooms for 13.95 million euros.
