We present to you an apartment with a layout 2+1on the 1st floor of a burgher house, U zlaté studně from the 17th century with preserved four-wing gallery layout. At the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries, the house was renovated in the late Baroque style and has a beautiful courtyard with balconies inside. In 2010, the water, electricity, and floor renovations were done. In the same year, the layout was rebuilt to the current 2+1, which consists of two rooms, a dining area with kitchen and bathroom. New Town was founded in 1348 by the Czech king Charles IV, and is famous for the many original buildings with rich history and high representativeness.
