WWe offer for rent premises with a total size of 1702 m2, which will be approved for the needs of a medical facility in accordance with the zoning plan. It is a four-storey brick building on a rectangular ground plan, which is terminated on the shorter sides by a pair of cylindrical towers, in which spiral staircases are located. The reconstruction of the S1 building, which is part of a larger development project in Prague 9 - Vysočany, aims to breathe new life into the dilapidated large-capacity plant of Odkolek.

Building S1 is located on the south-eastern edge of the development site. Its façade is separated from Ke Klíčovu Street by trees, which help reduce noise from road and rail traffic. The architectural design aims to preserve the identity of the building. To this end, the exterior will be renovated and the facades will be returned to their original form. Scheduled completion is the end of 2025.
