For the long-term, we offer a completely renovated apartment with three spacious bedrooms with separate entrances, which are newly furnished, so that residents can live in them independently of each other. In each of the bedrooms, there is a double bed (the couch in one of the bedrooms can also be turned into a double bed), a spacious wardrobe and a sofa with a conference table and a chest of drawers (small living area). The spacious kitchen is brand new, equipped with all appliances (oven, ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher ...). From the kitchen, there is access to the technical room with a dishwasher, dryer, and gas boiler. The washing machine is located in the bathroom with a bathtub. As the apartment is located on the 1st underground floor, there is limited access to daylight in part of the apartment (the side facing the street). The house is situated in a sought-after location, close to Riegrovy Sady (park) and only a few minutes walk from Wenceslas Square or Náměstí Míru.
