After you have visited the “Ready to Recruit!” and “Ready to Lead!” modules, decide on your individual coaching with Relationship Management. Set a date for the coaching and have a personal discussion with the coach about your specific needs and contents. To enable us to address your needs in the best possible way, it will be helpful to include the results of your personal Advanced Potential Analysis.

- You receive supportin, e.g. recruitment discussions, team meetings and staff appraisals
- Drafting your development tasks
- Identifying and specifying measures whose implementation can be measured through binding deadlines
- Consistent implementation of the agreed activities and measures with help from Support
- Access to the Academy’s continuing education programmes to help and support you
