International Women´s Day 2023

Today we are celebrating International Women's Day, and to honour it as such, we would like to introduce you to all the female employees of Project Sales.

There are ten of them, who work tirelessly in the most diverse areas. However, you shall not miss out on our exciting real estate offers - each colleague names her personal Engel & Völkers favourite project below.

We wish you a relaxing holiday and, of course, a particularly happy one to all our female readers.

Karoline Meng is the first point of contact for our business partners and makes sure that new exciting projects are always added to our portfolio for you. Having lived in beautiful Friedenau for several years, a condominium in MARLENE UND DIETRICH would be just the thing for her.

Anna-Maria Hempel is our woman for the numbers. Data, Excel tables and analyses are her favourite business. She writes E&V market reports and besides that she also does programming. Since she loves sun-downers with friends, the rooftop terraces of the HIGH FIVE Penthouses are clearly her choice.

With a great deal of passion, Nicole Böhmer, our authorised signatory, is in the lead every day when it comes to product development and marketing decisions. Due to family matters, she likes to visit the Rummelsburger Bucht often - a ready-to-move-in water view flat in MY BAY is therefore her favourite.  

Christin Kupfernagel is our master of in-design and illustrator arts. No exposé, flyer or print ad would be as beautiful without her. Good air & clear water are her elements and so she could very well imagine a life in HAVELBLICK.

Who actually designs and writes these newsletters? Susanne Kaiser does that. In addition to managing the entire marketing editorial work, she also leads the E&V cross-selling as well as the communication with the press and editorial offices. Mitte is her home & favourite neighbourhood and that's why her heart beats for JOUX in AM TACHELES.

Online ads, social media posts, Google campaigns, but also website design and video production - Annekee Versteeg coordinates all of this. As a Charlottenburg native, the choice for her is clearly our NEUNZEHNHUNDERT and the popular combination of an old building with a modern interior.

You have most likely spoken to her already: Annika Schnell, our always cheerful voice on the telephone. She energetically supports the team and the project work, and that even 80% out of home office due to her move. The nature and water lover would also cherish to live in AM TEGELER SEE.

Alexa Rothenhäusler is our second good soul when it comes to implementing the daily flood of tasks. Her happy and gentle telephone voice might also be well known to you. Preferably, she would like to move in immediately into a new flat in Konradshöher HAVELBLICK.

Here now come two colleagues who might even be known to you personally.  Petra Schramm and Heike Wajselfisz are the female part of our team of 6 consultants. Together they support prospective buyers at AM TACHELES, MY BAY, Haus der Elemente, Havelblick, Marlene & Dietrich, MIOS and the LO Apartments.

Ms Schramm loves the new urban quarter in Berlin-Mitte. She is particularly taken with the  SUITES AM TACHELES by Grüntuch Ernst arcitects. For Heike Wajselfisz, the  HOUSE OF ELEMENTS is an absolute architectural highlight and a clear favourite - also because of its green city location.

Creating assets early on and standing on your own financial feet - that's something women in particular should firmly set their sights on.
