Tradition meets Modernity

The architecture of the charming ensemble draws on the ideas of the Wilhelminian period. It is based on classical elements, such as those found in the elegant courtyards of the Wilhelminian Empire, combined with the sense of form of the present day. The clinker facade is structured and enlivened by loggias and balconies. The condominiums are located in the southern Quarter D. Like Quarter C, it has its own underground car park. Each building has an elevator from the basement to the top floor. In the basement are the storage and technical rooms as well as bicycle stands and garbage rooms. The heat and hot water supply is provided by a combined heat and power unit (CHP).

Due to the progress of construction work, each apartment has already been assigned one of the following looks in terms of equipment.
