Transiträume e.V. creates artistic interim use concepts for vacant commercial spaces in Berlin

Every place in Berlin is too valuable to be unused for even a moment. Together with our partner Transiträume e.V., you can realize temporary utilization concepts in your unused spaces and thus not only promote your location, but also create cultural, social and entrepreneurial added value.

You decide what happens to your space

Whether with TheHaus, Wandelism or Himmel unter Berlin - Transiträume draws on numerous experiences of value-enhancing utilization concepts that have already been implemented and passes this expertise on to you, the owner. The service of the association includes, among other things, the development of proposals for users and concepts. In this context, Transiträume assumes an advisory role based on the exchange of experience. The decision on the selection of the user or the utilization concept remains, of course, with you.

The interim use experts will also help you with the implementation - whether it is negotiating rental and use contracts, arranging temporary conversion agreements or dealing with insurance issues.
