The residents on the ground floor enjoy the freedom of a terrace, the flats on the ground floor each have a balcony, and the unit on the top floor has a generous roof terrace that extends over the entire southern side of the building.

The sovereign elegance of the straight lines is the trademark of House Schiller. Beautiful, free-hanging balconies and large windows structure its façade in a pleasing, almost rhythmic way. Added to this is the light clinker brick façade, which is refreshing to the eye.
