The estate agent’s fee of 3.48 % on the purchase price including statutory VAT of currently 16 % is earned and due with the conclusion of the purchase contract (notarial conclusion of contract). If the VAT rate changes, the final price changes accordingly (from 01.07.2020 - 31.12.2020 the VAT rate is 16 %.
