The Avenida del Tibidabo is one of the most elite and exclusive areas in Barcelona. In fact, since its opening at the beginning of the 20th century, it has been the place chosen by the majority of the upper class in Barcelona who wanted to establish their homes here. Most of its buildings have a beautiful modernist style and were designed by the best architects of the time. The views towards the Tibidabo mountain, the fantastic Blue Tram, and the funicular railway that goes up all the way to the summit are some of the other great attractions of the area.
While there are many luxurious houses that have a strong presence on Avenida del Tibidabo, on this occasion, we want to stop at this stately tower that consists of 1,657 square metres of living space. Considered as a historical property, its facade is of modernist style. This gives us a good clue about its origins, which date back to the early twentieth century.
It has a basement designed to act as a parking and storage room, as well as a ground floor, a first floor, a second floor with terrace overlooking Tibidabo and an additional third floor. There is also a mezzanine. To reach these floors more comfortably, inside the tower, there is a practical lift that complements the rest of the building's decor.
