Aviation - the most elegant way to save time
Time is precious - now more than ever before. It is therefore all the more important to plan your time and use it for what really matters in life - be it for business or for family and friends. The Engel & Völkers Aviation division was founded in 2015 and combines time saving and elegance in a unique way. No more queues in terminals, no more late or cancelled flights. With tailor-made private flights, charters and the brokerage of luxury aircraft, we continue on the path of providing our discerning clients with the same exclusive service we have provided in the real estate and yachting segments over the past 40 years.
Request, board & take off
Whether you are planning a one-way flight, a round trip or several stops along the way: Engel & Völkers will look after you with the same competence and dedication that you are accustomed to in our other divisions. Simply request a non-binding offer, and our experienced aviation brokers will get in touch with you. They will then take care of all the details, such as the coordination of procedures and schedules, and tailor them to your personal requirements. You can also take advantage of our helicopter or limousine service, which will take you directly from the airport to your final destination. Of course, we only work with aircraft operators that fulfil the highest quality standards when we plan and execute your flight. All you need to do is just relax and enjoy your journey.
Should you buy or charter a private jet? We will gladly advise you
From compact propeller plane to elegant superjet: Our modern fleet will always provide you with the right aircraft for your capacity requirements, travel duration and budget. Frequent travellers are also offered the opportunity to buy their own aircraft. When does it make sense to buy your own private jet? This depends on your number of flight hours per year. As a rough guide, if you fly up to 150 hours per year, you are generally well advised to opt for charter. If you fly between 150 and 250 hours per year, you could benefit from a fractional ownership in a private jet together with other users. If you fly more than 250 hours per year, then buying your own private aircraft would be the most sensible solution. Ask our aviation brokers for a detailed requirement analysis. Of course, we will also gladly assist you with selling your private jet, should you be considering this.
This time we focused on our newest company division, Engel & Völkers Aviation. But our most extraordinary division is yet to come: Did you know that Engel & Völkers set up a polo school together with Land Rover in 2014? In the last part of our series on our areas of operation, we will be showing you how we implement our company’s core values in the world of sport and what the similarities there are between the work of a real estate agent and polo. We would be delighted to have you join us!
