Legal basis of the “Photographic E&V Benidorm 2019” contest
Identification of the organizing company
The company Costa Blanca Real Estate S.L.U onwards: Engel & Völkers Benidorm, with fiscal address in Av. Mediterráneo, 43 03503 - Benidorm and with CIF B-54771126 has organized this campaign entitled E&V Benidorm Photo Contest 2019 !.
Start and end dates of the contest and geographical scope
The contest start date will be November 11, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. and will end on December 18, 2019, at 12:00 p.m. Photos can be submitted until the 13th of December. You can participate only during this period.
The campaign is aimed at all photography lovers, whether professional or not. Engel & Völkers Benidorm reserves the right to postpone or extend the contest period in case of force majeure, as well as the power to interpret these legal terms and conditions.
Rules and conditions to participate
- Individuals over 18 years of age may participate in the contest.
- All photos must be original and never before published on the web.
- Only photos that were taken in Benidorm, Finestrat or Villajoyosa will be accepted.
- A photo will be accepted per participant sent by email to benidormev@gmail.com indicating the author's name, email, telephone, and physical address.
- Once the originality of the photograph is verified, it will be published on the company's social pages. The link of the publication will be sent to the owner of the photo so that he can share it and be voted on.
The 3 photographs with the highest accumulated number of “likes” on the Facebook and Instagram pages of Engel & Völkers Benidorm will be chosen as the 3 winners of the contest.
Participants agree to waive all rights to the photos submitted to the contest. They will have the right to use the photos only once published first on the Engel & Völkers Benidorm website.
Winner selection and draw mode
On December 18, 2019, at our office in Engel & Völkers Benidorm located at Av. Mediterráneo, 43, at 12:00 the votes will be counted. This event will be recorded by an Advisor of Engel & Völkers Benidorm and will be published later on social networks (Facebook / YouTube / Instagram)
The 3 winners will be officially announced on our website, Facebook and Instagram and we will send you a personal email informing you of the prize.
The prices will be given out on the 23rd of December 2019 at 13.00 from our offices.
Engel & Völkers Benidorm is exempt from any responsibility in case there is an error in the data provided by the winners that prevent their identification.
Value and nature of the prizes offered
The prices consist of:
1st Prize: Gift voucher from El Corte Inglés worth € 300
2nd Prize: Gift voucher from El Corte Inglés worth € 200
3rd Prize: Gift voucher from El Corte Inglés worth € 100
You can enjoy one of these prizes by presenting the gift voucher - which you can withdraw in our office until January 31, 2020 - at any of the El Corte Inglés stores in Spain.
Personal data protection
The data provided by the participants will be treated confidentially and collected in an automated file of personal data, being the company Engel & Völkers Benidorm owner and responsible for the said file, to manage the participation of the contestants and contact they. and / or inform them that they have won the contest.
Participants give their consent to receive the Engel & Völkers Benidorm Newsletter.
Engel & Völkers Benidorm guarantees full compliance with Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data in the treatment of personal data collected in the contest (“E&V Benidorm 2019 Photo Contest!”), especially in regard to the attention of the exercise of the rights of information, access, rectification, opposition and cancellation of personal data of the contestants.
Penalties in case of fraudulent use
Engel & Völkers Benidorm reserves the right to take legal action against those who perform any type of activity that could be considered as manipulation or forgery of the contest.
This contest is not linked to any platform or social network (Facebook / Twitter / Instagram) does not sponsor, endorse or manage this promotion in any way, nor is it associated with it. The participant is providing their information and data to Engel & Völkers Benidorm and not to (Facebook / Twitter / Instagram).
Acceptance of Legal Bases
Participation in the contest implies acceptance of these legal terms and conditions. Any manifestation of non-acceptance of all or part of the legal bases will imply the exclusion of the participant and, as a result, Engel & Völkers Benidorm is released from compliance with the obligation contracted with this participant.
