A renovators dream with view of mount Gibralfaro and its castle. Just a 10 minute walk from Plaza de Merced and wit all amenities around the corner. Victoria, Olletas: Location and surroundings of this property

Conde de Ureña is located on the Mount Victoria, which derived its name from the Shrine of our lady of Victoria, placed at its feet. Due to its location, Conde de Ureña offers amazing views over Malaga and mount Gibralfaro. At night, you can see the sparkling lights of the city. The central street is also named Conde de Ureña, which weaves around the mount. This residential district was constructed in the 1920’s and 1930’s. Here you can find beautiful chalets built by architects like Manuel Rivera Vera or Arturo de la Villa, with hanging gardens, spectacular views and refreshing swimming pools. The area is still largely undiscovered and retains a laidback Spanish charm.

Located at plaza de la Victoria is the bilingual college of Ntra. Sra. de la Victoria (aka HH Maristas) which offers both primary and compulsory secondary education as well as a Bachillerato program (comparable to the International Baccalaureate or A-levels). In Calle Ferrándiz there is a ballet academy. The main campus of the University of Malaga is just a few blocks away. The privately held F.A.C. Dr. Pascual hospital is located at the entrance of the neighbourhood.

There are ample opportunities to both relax and be active. It is surrounded on three sides by green areas, where you can go for a short hike or mountain biking. Furthermore, it is only a 10-minute walk to plaza de la Merced and 15 minutes to El Limonar beach. The “El Candado” and “Añoreta” golfclubs are only a short drive away thanks to the easy access by car to the E15 highway. There are various bus lines connecting Conde de Ureña with the whole of Malaga.
