This extraordinary refuge built in 1814 is in an idyllic position close to Santanyí. As you wander up the access path, with views over part of the spacious plot and a small but unique garden, you can already sense the magnificence of "SA PEDRA". Almost all the rooms are dominated by natural stone, placed by expert artisan hands, on the floors, walls and benches. Each room makes an impression with an individualised design, modern technological installations and light-infused spaces. In the 600m² main house the visitor is received by a nautical-inspired video installation, which stands out in the large entrance hall, in the shape of a boat. As well as a spacious dining area with floor to ceiling windows and views over the garden, on this floor there is also a large kitchen with an eight-metre long kitchen island. From here, through windows that reach the floor, you can enjoy breath-taking views of the covered terrace and swimming pool. A library leads to the large living room, which again has magnificent views of the garden, with its ancient trees and numerous weatherworn stones. There is also a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a separate toilet for visitors. On the upper floor there is the main bedroom, with its dressing room and en-suite bathroom, plus a large terrace and another bedroom. The plot also includes two guesthouses, a hut for barbeques, enchanting areas to relax and a 200m² studio. The Mediterranean vegetation and a 17-metre long swimming pool surrounded by palm trees complete this unique oasis. It is clear that a couple of renowned artists have created a place of perfect privacy here.
