Malagueta, Monte Sancha: Location and surroundings of this property

It occupies an almost triangular zone from the historical district to the lighthouse (“La Farola”) and the wonderful beaches. La Malagueta is home to the magnificent Bull Ring (“Plaza de Toros”) which has recently opened its lower level to several small “gastro” cafés.
In the last few years, the port area, known as “Muelle Uno” has undergone a major transformation. In addition to the small marina, we now have The Pompidou Centre, alongside a children play area, designer shops, bars, cafés and Málaga Michelín star restaurant José Carlos García.
La Malagueta has some of the finest beaches in the city with lifeguards on duty throughout the holiday season. The club Mediterráneo offers leisure/sailing facilities. Paseo Reding running parallel to the beach has some remarkable architecture.
