Villa in Calpe, presented by your Luxury Real Estate Company at the Costa Blanca: ENGEL & VÖLKERS. From the street and through the covered carpark we get to the main entrance. In front of it there is an outdoor kitchen with a big glazed naya, which enables to use the garden all year round. When we enter the villa and going through a short corridor we find the living room with a big, all glazed in naya with views to Calpe and the sea. From the corridor we get also to well equipped kitchen, the two bedrooms and the main bathroom, with access to a little terrace where we find a whirlpool. Calpe (in valencian and officially Calp), is a coastal town located in the comarca of Marina Alta, in the province of Alicante, Valencian Community, by the Mediterranean Sea. This beautiful fishing town is always under the protective shadow of the Peñón de Ifach, a calcareous mass measuring 332 meters in height, rich in vegetation and birds. This rock is one of the emblems of Calpe and the Costa Blanca and was declared nature reserve in 1987.

Calpe is not only a gift for your senses, but it´s also perfectly communicated: the L’Altet airport (Alicante) and the one of Manises (Valencia) to 75 and 130 km. from Calpe respectively, allow us to connect with the main capitals by means of national and international flights. In addition, from the ports of Calpe (Port Pesquer el Racó and Puerto Blanco), the famous islands Ibiza and Mallorca are only 60 nautical miles away.

From the coves of “El Collao” on the far west, we come across the beaches of “Arenal-Bol”, “Cantal Roig” and “Levante”, tho sailing clubs and a very busy fishing port, with a succession of restaurants serving fish and seafood.

Dare climbing the Peñón de Ifach, visiting the Real Club Náutico, strolling through the “Paseo Ecológico Príncipes de Astúrias, enjoying a dip in “Baños de la Reina”, snorkeling in the coves, swimming in its fine sandy beaches, visiting “Las Salinas” or the old town centre, are just some of the activities on offer in Calpe.
