We are delighted to present a charming family house in a quiet street in the Parque Conde de Orgaz. The house has its own garden with private pool and is semi-detached, and south facing, making it particularly light and sunny. The entrance hall leads to the ‘L’ shaped living/dining room. The sitting room has several large Windows overlooking a pretty patio with a beautiful olive tree and has a slightly sunken area for relaxing by the fireplace. The dining area has direct access to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with good quality appliances, a small breakfast bar and opens onto the terrace and garden. Off the kitchen is a staff bedroom with ensuite bathroom that could easily be incorporated to make a substantial family kitchen with island and family dining area. A wide staircase lit by a large skylight takes us to the first floor. A landing gives access to the three bedrooms. The master bedroom suite has a small salon area with a wood burning stove and a spacious bedroom area with several inbuilt cupboards and an ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and shower. The second bedroom was originally two bedrooms and as such is extremely spacious with delightful views to the garden and an ensuite bathroom. There is a further bedroom and bathroom off the landing.
