This immaculately renovated third floor 120 square meter apartment has been completely restored with enormous affection, taste and attention to detail achieving a real sense of glamour and sophistication.
The entrance leads onto a breath-taking living/dining room featuring wooden beams and original brick walls that fabulously combine with the blond oak floors. The room has views of the neighbouring landmarked Catalan architecture from the pretty balconies. The living room furniture was all carefully selected pieces by Minotti.

A lift has been purchased and will be installed in the building by April 2016. The building has a roof top terrace for communal use.
The furniture, fittings and accessories are from high end brands including: Minotti, Arco, Pols Potten, Tom Dixon, Jaime Bariestain Barcelona, Vitra. The lighting that was used for this apartment is from Moooi, DelightFull, Foscarini, Artemide, Gubi and bathroom lights by Agape.

Gòtic: Location and surroundings of this property

Barcelona's Gothic Quarter, still has remnants of the city's 2,000-year-old Roman history, including surviving sections of the Roman wall that date back to the 4th Century and preserved Roman underground ruins. Situated in the heart of the city's romantic Old Town, the area is home to some of Barcelona's most prestigious buildings and cultural landmarks, including the city's Cathedral, a magnificent example of Catalan Gothic architecture.

The apartment is located on Placa de Sant Miguel right in the centre f the Barrio Gotico. Overlooking the back of the town hall. The streets are mostly narrow and often dark, but this apartment is situated on a square with no-one overlooking meaning that the apartment is filled with light.

The area is well connected via extensive train and bus networks and is also within walking distance of most of the city's major landmarks. Wander through the Gótico's labyrinth of cobblestone streets to Port Vell and its luxury marina, to the surrounding restaurants and tapas bars, or up the city's historical strip of Via Laeitana to the major shopping boulevards of Rambla de Catalunya and Passeig de Gràcia.
