This fabulous home is situated at a mere 50m distance from the beach, in Almenara, the southernmost village of the province of Castellón, between the Mediterranean coast and the foothills of the Sierra de Espadán. Its population is about 6,100 inhabitants, of which about 800 reside permanently on the beach residential complex of Playa Casablanca. Its historic centre is situated about 4 km away from the coast, under the castle hill. This Castle, now a days in ruins, was built by the Arabs on the remains of an Iberian town and was active during the Middle Age. At the time it was the residence of James I of Aragon and his wife Violante of Hungary. Between the historic centre and the coast marshes found near the beach in Casablanca with great diversity of flora and fauna. In short, a charming village well connected by road and railway where all services are provided such as health, education, culture, as well as the beauty of its surroundings.
