The rustic house is completely furnished and distributed as follows: from the entrance hall, on the left you find a large bedroom and the staircase that brings you to the upper floor. Again from the main entrance, just in front we have the cozy living room with fireplace overlooking the garden and pool. On the right there is a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen, which leads to the living room and to a pantry and laundry room, separated from each other. The first floor consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en suite. The house has an oil central heating, south-east orientation and therefore the house is very light-flooded. Included in the rental is the pool and garden maintenance. Pets are welcome. Extras: TV, Internet, salt water pool and a covered parking lot for two cars.
