This lovely apartment based next to the Liceu Theatre is a delightful two-bedroom apartment on the third floor of a recently renovated building with elevator. The apartment was completely refurbished in May 2012 in order to guarantee maximum comfort to the guests. Air conditioning and heating is regulated by a duct system which guarantees both climatic and acoustic confort.

The apartment is very bright, with a balcony and outward-looking windows which are nevertheless well isolated against street noise. There are two bedrooms, both with double beds (140x190 cm) and outward-looking windows. There is a spacious bathroom with a toilet, a 1 meter wide shower with ample room to move, and a double lavatory. There is also another separate toilet. Both the bathroom and the toilet have windows.

In the living room there is a comfortable sofa where you can watch the TV and relax. From the balcony you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lively Ramblas. The large kitchen is fully equipped with all electrical appliances needed for a comfortable stay, such as an oven, microwave, coffee machine, dish washer, fridge, induction stove and washing machine.
