Moraira: Location and surroundings of this property

Calpe (in valencian and officially Calp), is a coastal town located in the comarca of Marina Alta, in the province of Alicante, Valencian Community, by the Mediterranean Sea. This beautiful fishing town is always under the protective shadow of the Peñón de Ifach, a calcareous mass measuring 332 meters in height, rich in vegetation and birds. This rock is one of the emblems of Calpe and the Costa Blanca and was declared nature reserve in 1987.

Calpe is not only a gift for your senses, but it´s also perfectly communicated: the L’Altet airport (Alicante) and the one of Manises (Valencia) to 75 and 130 km. from Calpe respectively, allow us to connect with the main capitals by means of national and international flights. In addition, from the ports of Calpe (Port Pesquer el Racó and Puerto Blanco), the famous islands Ibiza and Mallorca are only 60 nautical miles away.
