The hotel, newly built and with the activity license included in the price, combines modernity in decor with a fully restored rustic envelope. The furniture and lighting, included in price too, designed by prestigious firms, is avant-garde. Emphasizing simplicity and the neutrality of white colour, it is the thread of the interior design project that combines current trends with traditional architectural elements of the area as warehouses or wine breweries, creating a special contrast between aged concrete pavement, white colour, masonry and the clearness of the central zone. The rear of the building has a courtyard and an adjacent building which is the ninth room.
