Very sunny flat with nice views close to the Sant Antoni Market.
When we enter through the buildings door we find an elevator on the same level.
Just entering the surprising natural light catches our attention. On the right hand we find the kitchen which can be easily opened thanks to its partitions.
The living room has a balcony, that is currently covered, but has the possibility to be opened again depending on the owners taste. On the left hand side we find the main bedroom, surrounded by Windows and with very nice views to the Montjuïc mountain. Thanks to its excellent orientation, this room has a lot of natural light all day long.
On the oposite side there are two more bedrooms, also with outside windows and a bathroom.
Thanks to the partitions, this flat has many refurbishing options.
San Antoni is one of the quintessential Barcelona neighborhoods, quiet and little busy but very close the center and stir. At a distance you are walking in the middle of Plaza Catalonia and the Ramblas. But in the opposite direction and the same distance is the Plaza España and the Fira de Barcelona.
This typical Eixample district follows the plan Cerda divided into grids, with interior courtyards island, which is also very easy to locate and move.
It also has one of the most spectacular modernist markets in which there are all kinds of food, clothes or accessories and which on Sunday can be exchanged almost anything one collected. But the picturesque joins modernity, because these businesses coexist with bars and restaurants modern haute cuisine and tapas Adrià brothers.
Nearby are the Metro stops from San Antonio (purple line) and Urgell (red line).
