The finca is located in the countryside between the village of Santanyi and the beaches of Cala Llombards and Cala Santanyi, in a lush border land of gentle topography facing an old stream. The property is a modern construction built with high quality materials, which is sensitive to both this natural environment, as well as to the Majorcan rural buildings. The house unfolds on a main floor. The living area consists of two connected spaces: a main large open space which benefits from all sun orientations and contains the kitchen, dining and lounge, and a generous hall that articulates the transition with the sleeping area.
