Recently renovated apartment, with high quality materials and design. It's very bright and silent fourth floor with views to Carmen church, a modernist temple designed in 1910 and inspired by the Central European Gothic architecture.
The space is divided into two areas: on one side, the living room with dining area and compact kitchen fully equipped, and a balcony to the street Cendra. On the other, a double room with bathroom and a small laundry room. The windows and walls have acoustic and thermal insulation.

The building is located in the quarter of El Raval, close to Sant Antoni. It is the historic district where the present city of Barcelona was born.
