The "Monasterio de Aguas Vivas" is a monument calificated as a property of cultural interest. History dates back 1239 when it was founded as a convent, it was donated by King Jaime I to the Hermits of San Agustín, it was built in 1633. Then the chapel and the belfry were built. Then it was inhabited by friars and they acquired the property in 1823. Subsequently, it was expropriated and it was awarded to Francisco Belda and in 1977 Antonio Vidal converted the property in an hotel and in 1982 it was declared a Historic Artistic Monument. In 1999 the actual building was built and it has some of the old items of the original convent, they make an stunning hotel and residential area. Now there are 4.300 m2 builts, and 53.728 m2 in the plot with swiming pool, tenis coach and very varied vegetation.
