This is a XIX century building, with proteccion level 2, consisting of basement, ground floor and three floors, which have been performing various works of conservation, rehabilitation and remodeling. The last was held in 2000 to edecuate the building to the needs of the Guild of Bakers of Valencia. The building consists of: ground floor, bar, elevator, conference rooms and training room, each floor has independent air conditioning, ceiling to cover up the voice and data installations and lighting.
