This spacious family home is located in Es Cocons, a small but centrally located urbanization which belongs to Bunyola. Over the country road and the highway Palma can be reached within 20minutes. Bunyola and Santa Maria, the villages closest are just a few minutes’ drive away. The house lies at the end of a cul de sac on a plot of aprrox. 1.800m². The land is terraced and has many different fruit trees. On the plot are two houses; the main house and the former garage which was turned into a spacious office, where a bathroom could also be installed. The main house has been used by two parties but could be easily diverted back into one family home. On the main floor is the kitchen, dining area and living area with a log burner, as well as the master bedroom with bathroom en suite and two more bedrooms which share a bathroom. A terrace spans around the entrance and living area and provides views over the pool and the garden. The view goes only into the greenery of the mountains which surrounds the urbanization.
