This house with a minimalist design surprises us with its spaciousness, luminosity, distribution and privacy... double plot elongated and vertical drop of 3 meters, the house is located at one end, where in the part of the entrance there is a basement and at the other end we find the main floor that opens to the garden. The sense of volume achieved with large windows that immerse us in the environment and with quality materials interlacing brickwork treated with light colors and natural Bengue wood. The architect Sergi Serrat Guillem thought of every detail to create a house that would accommodate the environment and the needs. It is distributed by separating the living area and the night area from the entrance. In the living area are laundry, office kitchen with furniture stainless steel and natural Bengue open to the dining room with a large fireplace and lounge open to the garden and access to the large porch that immerses us in the garden. From the living room leads to the suite, also overlooking the garden and a separate bathroom by Bengue, with outdoor shower and an open courtyard that provides plenty of light. From the entrance and separated by the open patio it is the access to the sleeping area, with three double rooms with terrace and a bathroom that gives service. At the end of the wide corridor that connects them, it is an open office and at the beginning of the hallway are the stairs leading to the basement, where the is the double parking, a workshop, two storage rooms and a Mediterranean cuisine with wood oven and large table for ten guests with a cellar and a guest bathroom.
The house is located in the the urbanization Llac del Cigne, very neat and different leisure areas such as the playground, the gym outdoor lakeside, soccer field, basketball court, restaurant ... the urbanization is located in Caldes de Malavella, near the train station.
