The property is located right in the historic centre of Chilches, a village that belongs to the province of Castellon. Located in the Plana Baja region, it has a population of about 2,853 inhabitants and is situated between sea and mountains, with warm climate of the Mediterranean coast. Chilches beaches are 3.5km away from the urban centre of the population. The main two beaches (with EEC blue flags) are: El Cerezo and Les Cases, both with fine sand, gentle slope and small oasis distributed along them, ideal for a quiet and pleasant stay away from the noise and the crowds of other points of the Mediterranean. The promenade, completely set for pedestrians has a length of 1.5km. It is a walk of modern style, with green spaces and recreational areas. In shorte, fine living in a peaceful village, that provides all services and is near some of the best beaches around.
