Fishermen's charming typical housing in the quarter of El Cabañal. This house built in 1910 where lived the famous doctor Vicente Guillot “Tío Bola” with a Street dedicated to him in the proximities. This house began with just ground floor, like the others in the quarter, it´s decorated with the typical valencian tile, very coloring and luminous. The house is sited in the most traditional and fishermen´s quarter in the city of Valencia, the house is well communicated with Tram stops, Bus stops and Taxis and all kind of shops in the near Reina Street (Drugstores, Groceries, butcher shops, etc.). Five minutes to the house we have the Malvarrosa beach with his Seafront Boulevard, where you can enjoy of typical valencian food and his traditional Street markets during the weekend. With a Little walk you go to the new zone of the “Marina Real” where you have more places to enjoy. A perfect place to enjoy the sea without leaving the city.
