This is a charming traditional villa with beautiful gardens and salt water swimming pool. The property has a gated driveway and ample parking for two or three cars. Inside, the house is a combination of traditional furnishings with modern touches. The villa is well maintained and with white walls and tiled floors stays cool during the hottest months. The large living dining room offers comfortable seating, flat screen TV, DVD player and free Wifi. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of storage space and appliances including dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, oven and hob. There are three good sized bedrooms in total, two twins and a double bedroom all with air conditioning. There are also two family bathrooms, both with bath and shower facilities.
The gardens are impressive and very well kept. The owner has taken time and pride in the surroundings of the pool and sun terraces.
There is a fantastic covered terrace overlooking the pool which is like a second living area. There is a long dining table with chairs, comfortable seating and a very large kitchen with BBQ.
There is also a shower room here. A great extra is the ping pong table by the pool.
