This Majorcan farmhouse is conveniently located on the outskirts of town and is walking distance from the centre. It’s position is enviable, situated at the foot of a mountain with a lush forest on the one side and views of the Tramuntana mountain range on the other.
It comprises an attractive, spacious living room with a lovely fireplace and rock walls that give a cave style appearance. The ceilings are beamed and the terrace and garden can be accessed via a large window door.
The kitchen with dining table is well equipped and has a farmhouse feel to it. This leads to another comfortable living room with fireplace and sofa bed and also has terrace and pool access. There is a bathroom and a master bedroom which leads out onto a pleasant terrace.
Separated from the main house by a small corridor and short flight of stairs is an annex with three bedrooms (two double and a twin) and three shower rooms. All bedrooms are air conditioned.
The kidney-shaped pool is surrounded by open and covered terraces, perfect for sun loungers, relaxing upon or enjoying family barbecues with beautiful views of the Tramuntana mountains and all within 10 minutes of the beautiful beaches of the North.

Vall de March is a lovely, little valley at the bottom of the Tramuntana mountain range, situated about 5 km away from the town Pollensa. The second highest peak of the island called Puig Tomir surrounds this beautiful village. Many old mills have been reformed into dream houses, which are surrounded by magnificent nature, quietness and pools. The area offers breathtaking views over oak trees, goatherds and flock of sheep. The sea is only a 15-minute-drive away. A little waterfall creates a creek, which leads into the sea and offers a spectacular view. Quietness and beauty are certainly the two most dominant characteristics of this area. This being the reason why many people chose to live or come here for vacation. Vall de March is the heaven on earth at the outskirts of Pollensa and a famous destination for going on a walk around the streets of the monastery Lluch and to climb the Puig Tomir.
