Engel & Völkers has sponsored the successful Third Norte Joven Padel Solidarity Tournament

The integration of disadvantaged groups and the promotion of values such as solidarity or effort are a real obligation for all those companies that take their social work very seriously. Engel & Völkers is fully aware of this and is behind many events and projects for social purposes. Without going any further, last Saturday, June 10th, the Third Tournament of Padel Solidarity Norte Joven was held, which was sponsored by Engel & Völkers. As confirmed by different media reports, the event was a total success.

Exceeding the attendance records of the two previous editions, the solidarity event was held between 16:00 and 22:00 at the facilities of the Chamartín Tennis Club. The tournament featured men's and women's categories and even had a striking 'Zero' inscription option, so that anyone who wanted to collaborate with the charitable purposes of the organisation could make their donation. A gesture that was duly corresponded to the allocation of the entire collection to the different charity programs that relate to Norte Joven.

Norte Joven is a non-profit organisation that has been working for more than three decades to ensure that all young people in Madrid have training opportunities. Its main actions are framed precisely in the implementation of all kinds of courses for adolescents and young people who are in vulnerable situations. It is true that training is the best weapon to combat social exclusion and to allow young people who have had all sorts of problems to have the possibility of getting ahead on their own. These are values that Engel & Völkers fully identifies with.

The celebration of the tournament also became one of the most charitable activities for the events celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Chamartín Tennis Club. This sports institution put at the disposal of the attendees its Padel School, which had all the material necessary for the tournament. Also special mention goes to the referee of the championship and the rest of collaborating companies that took part in the organisation and promotion of the event.

As announced in the promotional poster of the tournament, the attendees had different surprises thanks to a raffle that gave out different prizes. The weather was accommodating at all times and not even the women's final contest at the French Tennis Open (Roland Garros) moved the audience from this site. The day ended with a great gala dinner to celebrate solidarity.
