To celebrate the third anniversary of its office on 27, Génova Street, Engel & Völkers organised a fun Team Building event at Punto Cook: The Cooking School.
The veteran real estate consultants and the new employees celebrated this event together. This time we wanted to do something very special other than just have a simple dinner. We had the opportunity to participate in creating the dinner menu together with the chef, Esther Barrio.
To do this, we had to go the cooking premises that Punto Cook has in the capital and there, we were able to put our culinary skills into practice.
The team put on their corporate aprons and prepared a complete menu consisting of: Russian salad, corvina ceviche (fish salad) with a touch of passion fruit, chicken with cinnamon and ginger, and pepper cupcakes with chocolate mousse.
