The upbeat sales performance has continued with a 28% sales increase in 2014 attracting a wide variety of buyers from all across Europe and now further afield. The prediction for this year is that investors will continue to come into the market taking advantage of the new Spanish tax breaks for foreign investors, the improved conditions offered by the banks and the stable market conditions before prices increase.

Central rural Mallorca is dotted with authentic Mallorcan villages against the dramatic backdrop of the Sierra Tramuntana (now a UNESCO world heritage site) the landscape is dominated by fields of almond, olive and carob trees and is famous for its wine growing. The excellent transport system provides fast access to Palma and the airport.
