We are proud to inform you that as part of our extensive international marketing activities, Engel & Völkers Marbella was present for the first time at IREIS, the International Real Estate and Investors Fair in Abu Dhabi in order to show the most exclusive properties in Marbella for sale. Engel & Völkers was the only Real estate agency exhibiting from Marbella.
The Fair took place right at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre. The majority of the exclusive, high net-worth visitors were actively looking to source citizenship by investment opportunities. The Spanish Golden Visa (or “Property Visa”) grants automatic residency in Spain when you purchase a property for €500,000 or more.
With an expected +15,000 visitors, Abu Dhabi is one of the most promising target markets in the Middle East, with highly capable investors waiting for the perfect opportunity.
In addition to the Fair, we will be present with advertisements in the IREIS magazine which reaches more real estate investors than most of the publications in the MENA region.
