Engel & Völkers Marbella has taken part of the License Partners annual encounter in Barcelona where several activities, presentations and workshops have taken place. The 76 participants of the events were Licence Partners, the Management of E&V Iberia, regional office staff, Managing Directors of the Market Centers of Barcelona, Madrid and Valencia y the group of Team Leaders from the Market Center Barcelona. The meeting took place in Barcelona, at the facitilities where E&V Iberia offices are located. From the Headquarters in Hamburg Mr. Sven Odia, CEO of Engel & Völkers AG, attended the first day of meeting, joining the Lipas at the Padel tournament (team building) and later night for dinner at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel.
The topics that were covered during the event were:
■ Juan-Galo Macià, CEO Iberia, talked about the national economic environment, Brand comisión, news from headquarters and market centers in Spain and future projects.
■ Constanza Maya, Head of Operations, Expansion & Support, talked about the long way the current management has come with the Lipas (it has been over 4 years since the new management took over) and the positive impact and good results, as well as the ever-growing relation between the Regional Office and them. She also talked about the importance of growing in number of sales agents
■ Rosanna Uva, Talent Attraction Manager, talked in depth about the benefits of recruiting more agents and also showed some numbers of the earnings new agents represent for the Brand. She also stressed the importance of having a Good onboarding program and training plan for the agents to achieve their goals.
■ The Marketing Team formed by Silke Dittrich, Marketing Director International, Déborah Newton, Marketing Manager, and Rafael Calle, Digital Marketing Manager; talked about the marketing projects and explained the importance of planning marketing actions. They also offered all the support the Lipas need in creating great marketing plans.
■ Alejandro Soler, the guest speaker, gave tips and best practices for a negotiation
