Property consultant Julie König’s success story is one worth talking about! It is a clear example that professionalism, hard work and great client relationships will always be rewarded even in the middle of difficulties such as the COVID-19 crisis.
It highlights the relationship between client and agent while overcoming difficulties that no one really had an influence on. It also is the best proof to show that the real estate market never completely came to a standstill for the few ones that work hard.
The client, originally from the United Kingdom, contacted Engel & Völkers at the end of 2019 offering his 3-bedroom apartment for sale through the consultant Julie König. The property, a ground floor 3-bed apartment located in Elviria Hills (Resort), was listed exclusively with E&V and sold within only 4 months!
Julie König offered maximum support with a proactive approach to organizing all-round marketing promotions. The results were immediate and right from the early marketing phases, the client received great feedback and potential buyers reached out. Through persistence and hard work, in February 2020, a prospective buyer was found. In the middle of March, just two weeks before the Covid lockdown was announced, the negotiations came to an agreement and the sale was successfully concluded.
The client was so impressed by Julie's professional service and skills throughout the process that he was very clear about trusting her with the search of his new house, as his intention was buying a larger property, preferably a villa, in the same area of Elviria.

Everything went so smoothly and sounded like a dream, just up until the Covid-19 took us all by surprise! Within just a couple of days, the plans seemed unsure and lockdown restrictions were suddenly implemented. The client who was back in the UK was now unable to physically travel back to Spain.
Julie however, never gave up: With her positive attitude and use of modern technology, she provided an excellent service to overcome the difficulties during the emergency state. Julie liaised with lawyers, arranged valuation inspections and constantly kept the customer updated. Finally in June, the purchase of the property was concluded! Everyone involved in the process was really relieved!
