The Spanish property market seems to be back on track having the best July for five years in terms of home sales. According to the latest data of the National Institute of statistics there has been an increase of 26% from July 2013. Experts consider that the point where the market was close to bottoming out.
Since 2013 the market seems to be slowly recovering from the property market crisis that has had an immense magnitude on property prices. Still, the recent home sales are well below the level of July 2007. In2007 the market was highly inflated through easy credits and a high level of speculations.
