The Almagro district is considered one of the most elegant in Madrid because in its tree-lined streets there are some of the most luxurious and stately homes in the city. Numerous palaces
make up this noble axis of the capital, such as the Mansion of the Marqués de Casa Riera where Queen Fabiola of Belgium was born and raised, also called Palacio de Zurbano.
