In second line to the sea, fourth floor apartment with lift service, private parking and a private terrace with partial views of the marina, the sea and on the opposite side open views of the mountains. The apartment has one on suite bedroom, one separate bathroom and a second bedroom with a second bedroom that has an independent entrance from the terrace. The living / dining room is bright and airy with large window, satellite television, double sofa-bed, and a table for four persons. The kitchen is very well equipped with electrical appliances and has access to a rear terrace that is closed with glass serving as the laundry area where there is a washing machine and cupboard. The main bedroom also has access to the rear terrace.
The highlight of the apartment is the large front terrace (65m2) where there is a dining area with awnings, sun beds and chairs and plenty of room to relax in the sun or shade. There is sun and shade in various areas throughout the day.
This is a perfect apartment for a couple that would like to be all the wonderful facilities that the Port of Alcudia has to offer.

Mallorca North: Location and surroundings of this property

Port Alcudia, in the northeast of Mallorca, is one of the main tourist towns in the island. It is situated just at the north of the long - 8,5 km.- beach in Alcúdia´s Bay, one of its main attractive spots. From the beach southwards, there are some canals and ponds surrounded by hotels, apartments and villas, many of them are used as summer residences-, the natural reservation area called, Albufera Gran de Mallorca, now being Albufera Natural Park a large conservation area preserved in its natural condition. In Port Alcudia, an excellent accommodation choice can be found, and also a wide range of shops, restaurants, a water park, bars and discos which provide a lively nightlife all summer. This makes it an excellent choice for all who want to enjoy nightlife; for families with children and also for those who just like to spend the holiday enjoying fine weather in a Mediterranean setting. Sport activities in Port Alcúdia are outdoor: treks, cycling, tennis, horse riding, football, beach volley, (scuba) diving, windsurfing, kite surfing, water-skiing, sailing and golf. There is also an important harbour for trade in Mallorca, the second busiest on the island, where you can take a trip around the spectacular coasts of Mallorca, and there is a regular ferry service with connections to Barcelona, and Cituadella in Menorca, there are more than a thousand moorings for boats and yachts, an extensive seafront promenade with its multitude of bars, cafes and restaurants.
