It is one of the most important urban centres in the north-west of Madrid, with a large number of roads connecting with other municipalities and surrounded by main communication roads such as the M-40, M-50 and M-503. 15 minutes from Madrid. It also boasts large number of nearby facilities.


Pozuelo Estación: Location and surroundings of this plot

The plot is located between the Pozuelo Renfe and El Barrial de Aravaca suburban train stations with access to all services in and around the area, and also to the residential and commercial development area under construction in Avenida de Italia.
Pozuelo de Alarcón is the richest municipality in the province of Madrid. Pozuelo station is part of the C-7 and C-10 suburban Madrid trains lines. The area has grown exponentially to reach the area of Pozuelo Pueblo.
The bus lines available are: 560, 561, 561A, 561B, 562, 563, 564, 566, 650, 656, 656A, 657, 658, 815 and the night buses N901, N902, N905 and N906. Lines A and H serve the campus of the Complutense University. The property is also close to the A-6, M-40 and M-503 expressways.
Pozuelo de Alarcón Town Council is building a bicycle lane network. The objective is the integration of cycling routes in the municipality so that they fulfil a double function: they can be used as a leisure or recreational element and also as a transportation option.
The closest schools to the station are Colegio Alarcón, San José Cluny and Colegio Liceo Sorolla, and the public-school Pinar Prados de Torrejón.
Regarding hospitals and medical services, these include the Nuestra Señora del Rosario hospital and the Quirón Salud university hospital in Pozuelo and the La Zarzuela hospital (belonging to the Sanitas group), the NISA Pardo hospital and the Aravaca health centre for primary care in Aravaca.
