In one of the most beautiful and popular areas of the Costa Brava, in Sant Pol Beach, located on prime waterfront, we find this unique property with much character.
Modernist house built in 1908 by the architect Josep Goday. It is a building of 464 m2 on three floors situated in a romantic garden of 2500 m2. The garden, designed by the same architect, retains its original configuration with extensive vegetation of linden, pine and other species, and is kept in very good condition. The plot is facing the Sant Pol beach and has direct access by car.

The house was renovated in 2004 inside, completely renovating the bathrooms and kitchen as well as the installation of gas heating. Outside were rehabilitated the terraces and the porch in 2009.
