Alcudia - Bonaire: Location and surroundings of this property

Mal Pas is the quietest surrounding of the historical town Aludia, which is surrounded by a wall and roman ruins and known as one of the most beautiful cities in the north of Majorca. Mal Pas is situated right next to the Mediterranean Sea with its quiet and turquoise water. The properties of Mal Pas are mostly small family villas, some of them with a pool and garden, over viewing Pollensa´s bay. Mal Pas is situated only 1,5 km away from Alcudía. Various little paths lead through pine forests and pass different symbols of the town and can be fully enjoyed while going for a walk. The rocky bays and the fine beaches San Joan and Sant Pere with their crystal clear waters are spectacular in Mal Pas, and are especially enjoyable when the suns goes down. The little harbor of Crocodilo is only a few kilometers away and the Alcanada golf club can be reached easily within a 10-minute-drive. Mal Pas has several little restaurants, a recently opened pharmacy and a little chapel. Summarizing, the little town is surrounded by a beautiful landscape, including the marvelous mountains of La Victoria, situated next to the sea and known for its quietness.
