Stylish villa located in one of the most exclusive residential areas of the city, Pinares de San Antón.

From the villa there are superb views of Málaga Bay, the city itself and the mountains. This unique Andalusian style villa was built in 1989 to an exceptionally high standard. The architect took great care to respect the surrounding natural environment retaining features in keeping with Andalusian style.

The impressive main entrance has rustic Andalusian features and is situated on the same level as the entrance to the property.

Inside, on the right wing, we find a bright, spacious open plan dining room which leads directly out onto the covered veranda from where you can enjoy fantastic garden and sea views.

The American style kitchen is fully equipped. Off the kitchen we have the laundry room which has a separate entrance to the covered carport.

The living room has an open fire and a wrought iron, wood burning “Nordic” stove. The exposed restored wooden beams on the ceiling are an additional Andalusian feature.

This second plot is 850 square meters where great care has been taken to plant trees indigenous to this area (pines, olive palms and carob trees).
